  this store is awful. the workers are rude and act like you have ruined their day by asking to make an amazon return. horrible

  After years of being a patron here, I will take my business to ANY other UPS now, due to new management. This owner literally scolded me like a child for “sharing my tape” with two others who needed one piece of tape for their Amazon return. He reprimanded me as if I had done something abominable, even commenting on how he didn’t get his $2 from those customers now. This miser-like outlook will drive customers away. Penny wise and pound foolish.

  I cannot say enough good things about the UPS Store in Arnold. Every time I come in, the experience is easy, efficient, and friendly, but what truly sets this location apart is the owner, Eric. Eric goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. He is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about providing great service. Whether it is shipping something important, handling a return, or answering questions, he always takes the time to help and make sure everything is done right. It is clear he runs his store with pride and sets a great tone for his team. The staff is consistently helpful, and the store is well organized and reliable. This is hands down the best UPS Store experience I have had, and I highly recommend this location to anyone in the area.

  Another bad experience at this store. I can in on a busy Saturday to drop-off some shred. I waited in line until the one particular clerk that knew the shred process was available . He had me put the 2 grocery bags of shred on the scale and told me that they were too busy to help me and that I should leave my documents in the back room & he would get to them when. He could.Not wanting to leave my docs unsecured he then told me that I could leave them with him or go somewhere else. Too busy to put 2 bags of shred in the Shred Nation bin? You can.go somewhere else? Not the first time someone in this store has been rude and not willing to help
