I waited in line until the one particular clerk that knew the shred process was available . He had me put the 2 grocery bags of shred on the scale and told me that they were too busy to help me and that I should leave my documents in the back room & he would get to them when. He could.Not wanting to leave my docs unsecured he then told me that I could leave them with him or go somewhere else. Too busy to put 2 bags of shred in the Shred Nation bin? You can.go somewhere else? Not the first time someone in this store has been rude and not willing to help

Eric also helped me find the QR code for my daughters Amazon return. We will be back as we enjoy supporting local small businesses.
