- MMMelly melFeb 17, 20201.0If I could I would give 0 stars. My family and I made a passport appointment Mid October for a trip we were taking at the very end of December. Our kids passports were stuck in processing for weeks at the passport center and we found out 2 weeks before our trip that the post office did not send in any of the supporting documentation that we had brought to them the day they completed the paperwork and sent out the passports. We then had to overnight supporting documents which was an additional charge. Once we finally got the passports back we had one day to obtain their Visa's which had to be rushed since there was no longer any time for normal processing. I contacted this post office location numerous times regarding my issue and they have done NOTHING. They have told me that someone (a supervisor) would call me regarding this issue and I have yet to hear from anyone. The customer service while I was going through this nightmare that this post office caused was non-existent. They could have offered some support and overnight-ed the documents free of charge since this all happened because of their inability to do their job and check their work for a service I paid them to do.

The young lady who helped me (didn’t catch her name- she has a subtle lip piercing) was very nice & helpful.
