I have also received multiple notices to renew my mailbox inside of my mailbox when I have the opportunity to online, and always renew prior to the required deadline. The clerks do not seem to pay attention nor care about their jobs.

Mail is not delivered every day during normal times, and during our quarantine in April-June 2020 it has not been delivered to my neighborhood for weeks. No one answers the post office phone. Packages have been marked In tracking as delivered and paychecks mailed but our mailboxes are empty every day.
