I have called 3 times today and shown with 3 different people regarding a priority overnight live animal shipment that i paid to have speed and days guaranteed arrival by 10:00am. I have been given no updates and originally told traffic must have been bad even though I watched on the map him pad my place 3 times. I called when I noticed he was sitting in a parking lot about a mile away for over an hour and they told me out would be delivered within a half hour. It's now 2 hours later and so not here and no longer on the map. I asked if I could please just meet the driver instead and they told me no and that unfortunately they don't actually offer any guaranteed delivery windows even though I was given the option to pay almost $100 to guarantee before 10am, or I could of just done overnight shipping for $35 and I would so have gotten it at the same time. Then he tells me the live animals so be safe because they make sure there are air holes in the package. I ordered salt water fish dumbass and inside your truck that's not temperature controlled packaged to be ready for a slight delay, but not indefinite delay. In events like this, you should have an option for customer to come pick up the package to prevent complications. Simple as this, 3 calls, 3 completely different answers and every single one was different and contradicted the previous one.
