I asked if appointments were available and was told no — it’s basically a matter of luck whether the owner happens to be present when you show up. Extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
- EEExharosDec 8, 20251.0I went to this store at 2:05 on a very cold day. The attendant has posted a note that they were closed until 2:15. An elderly disabled couple was waiting, but due to the cold waited in their car about ten feet away. In that ten minutes, about ten people piled up waiting. When the guy finally opened the door, of course the old couple was last. I asked the attendant about it - why should the disabled senior citizen wait behind the huge line - the bearded guy, and he was surly with me and told me it was my problem. I wasn’t even complaining for myself. If they want to closed the store, give customers notice. Screw this place, don’t use them. I’m not going to give them business anymore. They treated me and this old couple like garbage.
