- CMcelia murphyOct 9, 20254.0There are 3 reasons responsible for my 4-STAR rating: 1. The internet reception at Annapolis Stapes is quite good. (I usually use Staples in Bowie, but the reception is so poor that to send my files to their server means I have to go outside the store, into the parking lot. Since it was inclement weather, I drove to Staples in Annapolis hoping for a better result). And I was very pleasantly surprised! 2. The gentleman who worked with my order was efficient knowledgeable and very willing to work with a couple of ideas I had when having my colour copies made. He helped me not only with the printing, but also to sign on to the Staples Rewards programme. And after the work was printed he cut and trimmed the work to size. He was personable even though there were other people in line for various reasons. 3. The print job turned out really beautiful! The only reason I did not give a 10 is because the Staples printers do not print full bleed work; so there would be an additional cost the customer would have to pay for trimming the paper. This was NOT an issue with my print job. And the young man was very very helpful in getting a beautiful result.
