This time, I stepped up to the wrong side of the counter and the employee just stood there silent until I realized and moved to the correct side for her register. She scanned the barcode, took my package and just handed me the receipt, not a single word. A greeting, some direction, a smile.. I mean anything would be nice. They just make you feel so unwelcome. Would not go to this location if it wasn't a convenient location.

I mean something more than just look at the person to walk to the opposite end of the store and just sit there and stare at you. Like I'm supposed to know exactly where you want me to go. I walk up to the first register you look at me and just walk away to the farthest one.
