- TDtestemail doodleNov 22, 20251.0I had shipped off a place to a friend with the understanding it would be a 2 day and not a 3 day. This was miscommunicated by the clerk which wasn’t an issue. Until I called to relay my discontent with the results. I tried to be very calm and polite as no one wants to hear these things, but that’s how it incites change. Jeff, did not believe that. In fact I couldn’t get my issue out without an argument after stating to him multiple times, “it’s not your fault, you can’t do anything to fix this. I’m just telling you my concern” After feeling like I didn’t receive any customer service, and being yelled at, I told Jeff I’d make a review.
