The ladies working the desk seem annoyed that they have to work. Customers are treated like a burden. One lady sits on her stool the whole time and won't help people out (a lady was looking for the proper form she needed). She sat that and never got up to help, the whole time treating each customer like they were a nuisance.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst post office in Maryland. I've shipped literally thousands of packages, and yet the lady at the desk yesterday refused to accept mine. I ended up over at the Bryans Road PO and met with the Post Master. He agreed that she was incorrect and should have accepted my packages. Good luck if you walk in there and Jermaine is having a bad day. Btw, the Post Master there WILL NOT meet with customers. I've been in 6 times now to complain about my new carrier not taking my packages from my mailbox. Because of this I have to walk my packages in. And now they are refused in person as well.

Packages NOT delivered eventhough the tracker says it was delivered. This happened twice in 2 months. Filed a complaint but after 2 months no one contacted me.

This particular location is very personal and the staff are always ready with a warm greeting. This is a small location serving southwest Prince George's County. As with any USPS location, a delay can be expected on occasion. But if a wait is inevitable, it is pleasant, because the Patron's are just as polite as the staff.
