- SHSaraswati HumagainNov 13, 20255.0I gave 5 star very pleased with the lady name june with no hair ( sorry i had to write with no hair ) wonder ful service i have ever received in post office she was such a humble, nice to me even though i had made left and made mistake in my in filling my passport application form she was so calm letting me know where mistake was made and left to fill . She corrected them told me its ok we got this . She is amazing person her smile while serving was so pleasant. I will definitely go to this place in future too bc i used to go in different place. The staff here consistently go above and beyond, and it really shows. For context, I almost never write reviews—usually only for restaurants I absolutely love—so the fact that I’m taking the time to write this should tell you just how great the people here are.

I had made an accidental error on a package label (mistyping a character) and urgently needed assistance to correct it before processing. I called immediately and was connected with Supervisor Ms. Olivia. From the moment she answered, I was impressed by her excellent customer service. Ms. Olivia was incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. She quickly and calmly transitioned into problem-solving mode, asking for the specific details of the package, including the approximate drop-off time (11:00 AM). She went above and beyond by promptly locating the package, confirming it was the correct item, and making the requested change. Ms. Olivia demonstrated a perfect blend of efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care. This is exactly how customers should be treated: with a great listening ear and a clear understanding of what it takes to resolve an issue quickly. On a separate but equally positive note, I also want to give kudos to Patricia the clerk, who was amazing and friendly during my initial transaction with another clerk. 😀

I decided to use one of the "If it fits, it ships" Priority Mail boxes and filled out the adjacent form. The clerk promptly informed me that this form was for a more expensive service than I needed and I could save money by writing the address on the box.
