    Two complaints: 1) Google Maps directed me to the wrong end of the building (the FedEx counter is just inside the main entrance to the WalMart and the sign was not immediately apparent). 2) I was returning a loaner and was supposed to charge it, but they didn't give me the account number, just the address. Seems to me they could have cross-checked against the billing address (which I provided) to get the billing account.

    I ordered 8 by 10 prints, and paid $38. I got to my car and realized the prints were sized wrong. I called customer service and asked for a refund, and they said they needed the order number and to call the local store. So I called the store. The employee there told me I needed to come in for a refund because they needed the prints back. (I have no clue why - who else is going to use them?) So I called customer service now that I had the order number and customer service changed their tune, insisting I bring the prints back into the store to get a refund. I brought the prints back into the store and mind you - they didn't even need me to insert my card into the machine. So, after a lot of driving and time spent on a refund, I finally got one. I just can't believe they wouldnt issue me a refund for prints that neither I nor any other customer could use. I will never get prints done here again because of how FedEx Customer Service treated me. Why did they initially say they just need the order number to issue me a refund and then when I called back with the order number change their mind and say I have to go into the store and give the prints back? Such a waste of time.
