- NNNick NackDec 19, 20251.0I absolutely dislike this location. Smelled like a pack of cigarettes in there. My package showed delivered to my mailbox and nothing was in there. I came in the store for them to tell me it was delivered to my front door. Why would it say delivered to mailbox if it's at the door? Additionally, it wasn't at my door, so either someone stole it or it wasn't delivered to the correct address. This is the 2nd time this has occurred. Of course, it's your word against theirs and it's no help at all. Update 12.27.25: Another package arrived and it said it was in my mailbox. No key left, again. I happened to open the mailboxes with keys left in them, low and behold, my package is in there. Which means they put the key in the wrong unit mailbox. Smh. Thankfully, whoever received it was kind enough to leave my package in there. Update 1.8.2026: Package said delivered to mailbox. I went and checked the mailbox, no KEY LEFT FOR MY PACKAGE!! I checked all the package mailboxes that had keys in them. NOTHING! Yall either stealing my packages or delivering them to the wrong box. This is truly ridiculous. I'll be going back up here again today and I'm filing a complaint. This shit is out of hand now.
- DBD BDec 18, 20251.0The worst experience ever. This post office is supposed to open at 8:30 AM. I stood there for 30 minutes, and it was still closed. A line formed behind me. Finally, just before 9:00, an employee came out and posted a note saying they had no clerk and that everyone had to go to another post office. Why wasn’t this posted right away? Why did we all waste 30 minutes standing outside? I am now at another location that is actually open. And this is not the first time. Yesterday they opened 15 minutes late. It’s always either closed or opening late. Completely unreliable and very frustrating.

- MHMelissa HayesOct 4, 20251.0Aberdeen, Maryland Post Office is a Joke/Scam! Paid to have Priority Mail. It was sent out on Tuesday, Sept. 30th and it was supposed to be delivered on Friday, October 3rd. It isn't going to be delivered until Monday, Oct 6th..maybe. I specifically said it had to be there no later than Friday and the Postal worker assured me. They won't give me a Refund! I should have just put a stamp on the letter. The recipient would have received it on Saturday. Even the postal worker said "probably" when I called and admitted that their prices were expensive. What kind of Scam is this???!! I'm definitely going to dispute this on my credit card. I would give them NO STARS if it was an option.
