I have given this location so many chances hoping for a better outcome, but it is really poorly run.
Pretty much any time you go, no matter the time of day, it is packed and the line is literally all the way back to the door, so people have to start crowding the entryway. This wouldn't be so bad if the wait times weren't so excessive. Every single time I am there, either I or a few other people in line picks up their boxes and leaves without shipping them out because no one has time to stand in line at UPS for 30 minutes.
This is supposed to be a quick errand that most people do between commitments like meetings, kids events, or on their lunch break. But most people have to leave because when the line doesn't budge for 10 minutes they realize they don't have time and have to waste time later by having to come back again.
What makes this frustrating is that there are usually 3-4 visible employees, but only one or maybe two if you're lucky are helping customers. I have stood in line watching other employees putz around with empty boxes or tape or something rather than hopping on a computer and helping manage the long line. Some just lean against the counter and watch and chit chat.
Having 15 people crammed in the doorway doesn't prompt them to move any quicker. They watch customers turn around and leave all day long and can't be bothered to changed anything.
When the line is long, instead of employees leaning on the counter picking their fingers, have them stand over by the line and help people find and pull up their digital labels, QR codes, etc. so that when they get to the counter everything is ready and they can scan, grab the package, and print the receipt so everyone can be on their way.
I'm going to personally use a different shipping company moving forward, but for anyone who uses this UPS location, make sure you have plenty of time carved out of your day and bring a snack and some water. Honestly they may as well put chairs in the entryway and have everyone take a number. It's crazy how they just refuse to fix this issue.

The place is a train wreck… They have four customer service areas and usually only one open… Expect to wait in line for about 30 minutes and try to ignore the chaos around you…

I would rate this store lower if I could because they always have people just sitting in the back walking around leaving one person at the registers! By far the worst ups store I’ve been to and it’s a shame because most of the time the people are nice it’s just they need to do better with staffing the front and not just sitting in the back

The store was packed and they were moving as best as they could. The notary on site was juggling multiple tasks while remaining cool under pressure. A great staff altogether
