Greg gets 6 stars. I have anxiety bad from ths Army and was struggling to get my paperwork together to get notarized. He was super friendly and put me at ease. He made all my copies for my lawyer and took the time to explain all my shipping options. I appreciate employees who take thier job serious and does not look at people like a number.

This place is a joke, always having to stand in a line with 5 associates working. This place needs better management or a manager needs to be on duty there to make it run more efficient. I was there today around 12:30 and the line was crazy. I left and came back. I still had to stand in line when I came back. I know you all do different things but 5 associates there, we should not have to stand in line just to return items.

I called this morning regarding a printing order I inquired about via email. When I called today, my intention was to complete the payment for the order, which I had already clarified through email. The person I spoke to initially gave me the incorrect pricing of $121 instead of what seemed to have been $13+, which I clarified based on my correspondence with the printing manager. He reviewed the emails and advised me to call back when the printing manager was in the office. I agreed and called back about 20 minutes later.
When I called back, the person who answered was very unpleasant, even after I explained that I had called earlier and the reason for my call. She seemed eager to end the conversation, and I politely asked to speak with the printing manager since she was now available. After being placed on hold, the printing manager came on the line with a very disrespectful and condescending attitude.
I tried explaining the situation regarding my print job, but she was dismissive and unwilling to listen. I expressed that I felt it was unfair to be treated this way by both staff members, as they had raised their voices and shown a lack of professionalism. She then abruptly stated, “I’m cancelling your order,” and hung up on me.
I am still in shock over how I was treated. I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior in my life. I will be reporting this location to the corporate office and hope they review the recorded calls, as this behavior is completely unacceptable.

Wondering if this is the location where my package arrived, got stuck on processing and never got delivered? Thank God Amazon reshipped the items. Not sure what happened to the original but they were supposed to have arrived much sooner. Amazon told me to keep the original if it does arrive but I do not expect it to if it got broken, or they send it back. Hoping this does not become the norm.
Edit: It never arrived. Nor did emailing UPS help. Shocking lol.
