  Raveen was dismissive and inconvenienced by my coming in for help. After she asked how she could help me, she didn’t speak another word other than “enter your password” to me. Not one “I’m sorry for this inconvenience” or even reassurance that she could help. She told me to sit for ten minutes and we’d restart my phone, in the hopes it would work. I’ve been without service 4 days, so ten more minutes wasn’t convincing me that it would resolve the issue. I asked her to call customer service for further assistance and it threw her over the edge, rolling her eyes, raising her voice and then saying “FINE, I’m sorry! Is that what you want”…. Shocked, I said I’m thankful we’re being recorded and pointed to the cameras. Terrible! She should be fired

  Ridham (Indian girl) is the rudest person I’ve come across. I was being super patient while she was taking forever to give information and then trying to overcharge me for the plans that I could see in my account online. When I tried to show her my account, she told me to go buy online then and turned away without listening to a single word after. I especially made a trip to the store because I was told on call by customer service to get the deals from store as they are better. Very disappointed in customer service, hire better employees.

  0 stars I was told Virgin Mobile would be a "much better option" after a very long convo with the BellMTS rep. discussing my needs as I will be out of the country for a few months. I signed up, got home, read the contract and learned there is no "vacation hold / pause". Full payment regardless. I switched back to Koodo that first day within about 4 hours. Now I've spent 13 hours during 2 months, trying to get my bills corrected with my previous cell phone provider and with Virgin. Waiting on hold, call centre employees apologizing endlessly for things that are not their fault, repeating meaningless lines they are trained to parrot about why I was charged 100$ or more for activation fees, change fees, telling me nothing can be done, etc. Absurd. All the cell companies need be to strictly regulated.
