  Never to late to express gratitude for Great Customer Service. One of my "to-do" list items was the decluttering of old outdated personal items and documents. Needless to say, I had quite the stockpile of personal documents to shred. Given the number of boxes I had, it was important I find a place that best suited my needs and was cost efficient. So, of course, I did my google search and review and found RecordXpress. What caught my attention was the top rated reviews based on other customer expectations and experiences. So I gave them a call and spoke to Ryan. Once I got to their location, Ryan and Shawn (hope I spelled your name correctly) welcomed me to their location, helped unload my many boxes, with ease and efficiency. The location was clean and welcoming. I was impressed. They took care of everything, and the price for the service was so reasonable. RecordXpress is now my go-to place for all my shredding needs from now on. Thank you, Ryan and Shawn/Shaun (again, I hope I spelled your name correctly 🫢🤗 have a great day!

  Cushman & Wakefield Stevenson have been customers of Record Express for years and have found them constantly consistent in their excellent Customer Service. Record Express is a true partner with our business and will go above and beyond to assist us with our record storage needs and confidential shredding. We often have complicated needs and Mark and his Winnipeg team never find any challenge to great to resolve in a timely and efficient manner. Well deserved of a 5 star rating!
