  Worst experience and no box outside the house delivery driver took itself and if I called and told everything on the call. The agent told that I will receive the call with in the 24 hours and he have raised the ticket for me. Later a day got solved without any further call or response. No call and no nothing just put the ticket is resolved. Worst company with worst delivery. The parcel on our shipper end shows it is needed delivery with the consignment and signature of the receiver required. But, you guys marked it delivered without the signature of receiver, and plus your driver pick it up later marking it deliver which is fabulous and nobody have guts on calling us back with such pathetic experience.

  Was waiting ALLLLLLL day literally from the moment I woke up and saw that my Xbox was coming today. Between 1:30-5:30... At around 7pm they updated to deliver tomorrow. I won't be home tomorrow to sign which means I'll have to go pickup... And seeing as how it'll have to get returned tomorrow, I won't be able to pick it up u til Tuesday.... I wish I could give negative stars!!!!!!! Will use ANY other company in the future

  Never delivered just brought to fedex for pick up.. Whole part of delivery is to have it delivered. Now I have to go pick it up:(

  Poor service. Terrible customer support with unprofessional attitude towards resolution. Sidelined with their own side to hide the mistake. Please learn to own errors so that you can actually improve quality

  Absolutely remarkable, how FedEx can take what would otherwise be a perfectly normal, on-time delivery, and squeeze half a week of inconvenience and frustration out of it. I had a package delivered to one of their authorized drop points, and began receiving specific timeframes for my delivery 3 days ago. Each time it was extended until the end of the day, then moved to the next day (including a new timeframe). Today(Day 3), that timeframe was supposed to be 1:10 pm. It showed up at 7:53 pm (7 minutes before the location closed) with no additional communication in the meantime. I am basically receiving the package when I expected it, which I would have been completely happy with -- but had my entire experience turned miserable by a bunch of false delivery windows, and wasted time. Seriously guys. Logistics is literally your only job.
