I never received a call, message, or email with any information. The whole time I thought the parcel was still on its way. I didn’t get a buzz on the intercom either. Honestly, I assume the driver didn’t even check the address and just marked it as “undeliverable.” I had to contact support myself to find out how to get the package, since the website wouldn’t let me select branch pickup. In the end, I had to go all the way across the city to pick it up. For some reason, Amazon deliveries have never been a problem. But FedEx and Purolator mess things up constantly. Terrible service — I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
