Drivers fake “attempts” without leaving the van, then chuck boxes like frisbees over fences into bushes or rain. Packages globe-trot for weeks while tracking lies bolder than a politician. Customer service? Endless bots and zero fixes. Absolute trash.

The drivers are coming around 7 am in morning and i have given address of my workplace and it open at 9.30 am . I had made multiple request that i need my delivery after 10 am in morning but still driver came too early in morning three times and not even calling . Worst experience ever worst
