  Two girls (one Chinese, one Indian) were not professional at all. They ignored what I said, were not kind or patient, sneered at me, and laughed at me among themselves. They made the ridiculous claim that my phone had to be returned by 2024, even though the system seemed glitchy. Instead of trying to solve the problem, they mocked me. When I asked at another phone store next door, they said it was until 2026, and they had no idea why those women said 2024. I had an uncomfortable experience today with those two unprofessional young women, what a way to ruin their own business. Feel like every time they change employees at this location, every one of them is rude and unprofessional.
