They are Brendan and Pulkit.They solved a complex problem with porting an out of province phone no.to a new Manitoba line. After several calls to the customer care phone line..and a 4.5 hour calling time without a solution...on July 7th...they were able to help solve my concern. Both reps are exceedingly professional..intelligent and kind. We are so grateful to have been served by them.Please recognize their excellence in service. And visit their Elite communication storefront with your complex needs. This is the only location where you will receive unparalleled service.
