Received a crazy bill out of nowhere and apparently my 2 years is up so therefore they billed me 800 dollars to buy out the phones? You guys trick your customers or what? Purposely making the contract shorter than it would take to pay out the phone. They told me this has always been that way, as someone who’s been with them over 10 years and through multiple contracts that it has not. I’ve had phones off contract for years and not been billed. Horrendous, ever since bell took over, you’ve ruined their reputation. Nice treatment of a loyal customer of 10+ years!!! And whoever set up the contract needs to lose his job if he can’t explain things CLEARLY.
