Went again today with 2 pieces of id, and now they say we don't do id verification here. Wasted my 2 whole days, and without the services/network of bell. Try to hire better people or train better. For such a simple task, the store employees are unaware of what services they can and cannot provide is terrible. And the supervisor was also terrible, not even a single apology for wasting customers time. Disappointing!!!
