If I could give zero I would. Hours posted at Saturday 10 am 6 pm…sept 13, 2025 it is no w 10:30 am and still not open. Called mts help line… no manager number to try and get the store open. Apparently, staff can come and go as they please! I need to get a job at Bell Mts Unit 117 Sage Creek. If I decided I don’t wanna come in…no need…who cares about the customers of 20 years.

I went into this Bell location on my way home from work a couple weeks ago, my husband had called ahead and set everything up with a manager and was told they would be honouring the online deal of a waived activation fee, $120 credit that could be applied to the cell phones and the phones we wanted set aside.
I got in and the staff were friendly and had our items on hand and (to my mistake) I thought this meant that everything was done in advance and would just be a matter of signing some paperwork and everything discussed previously was set in place.
I had decided to preorder a phone that would be in the following month, saying I would just use my current until then. This seemed to cause the woman helping me some issues but she explained it as it was just the pre order processes since it was new. I waited patiently after having been in there for almost an hour at this point. Finally she told me it was all sorted out and gave me my contract to sign stating that it would get transferred when the phone came in.
She then packed up my husband's phone, along with a wireless charger and bluetooth speaker that she said I was getting with the phone, (an avid TBooth user this was not out of the ordinary for me when getting a new phone).
I got home, and 12 ish hours later finally received my digital receipt which showed that I was given my $120 credit against the items she put in my bag without any explanation, rather than being applied against the phone financing. (by this point things had been opened and packaging discarded).
I received my phone bill a week or so later, and it included the activation fee we were told would be waived.
Today is the release date of the phone I pre-ordered I did not receive notice that it was ready for pick up so I called just to find out if I should stop by on my way home. I was then told that because I signed a month to month contract I couldn't upgrade my "plan" to a new phone for 90 days. And that the activation fee couldn't be waived because it's in the contract despite the fact that she told me before I signed it that it wouldn't be charged, even though the manager told us they would be waived.
When trying to get an explanation for the 90 day rule for no upgrades the salespeople did nothing but put the blame on me without once accepting the fact that they misled, false advertised, and didn't explain any of their procedures to us the customers throughout this process.
The employee should have been aware of this policy and explained it or warned me against it as she was in full knowledge of my plan to pre order.
The management of this location should definitely look into their customer service training procedures and general standards.
I left one phone provider due to poor customer service and Im sorry to say it looks like I may need to again.
