  Richard helped me grab a new phone after I broke mine today. Super nice guy, really helped me out by breaking down the credits and promos to give me the best discount possible. Ended up grabbing the Pixel 10 and my monthly's even lower than what I had. Super glad I chose to swing by this specific location today!

  You would think a persons essential needs come first before a phone service. My complaint is something I’d like to post here as I am disappointed in the service Bell had to offer. On exactly January 1st, my partners account was charged over $300 for a contract that ended. The issue here is that he needed to pay RENT on the same day. We called Bell customer service explaining our situation and they could not process a refund simply because it was “prepaid” and that “there was nothing they could do.” There are two things wrong here, you could not process a refund for someone who could have been evicted, and there was something you could’ve done! We were extremely reasonable in asking for another way to pay at a later date as well. I’m appalled by the lack of integrity. We are putting in a complaint in to the CCTS. This is not the first time Bell has disappointed customers and it’s definitely starting to show.

  Sheila was amazing! She was so helpful and informative with all the deals and how to set up our phones. She was personable and so pleasant to deal with. She helped the whole family. Thank you Sheila.

  I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received at Bell MTS at Polo Park. The first guy that was helping me left in the middle of upgrading two new phones and returning two leased phones because his shift was over. While he was helping me, it was clear that he didn’t want to help me with the transfer, only wanted to make the sale and then have me leave. Then he disappeared. I didn’t quite know what was going on but a different guy came to check on me. He didn’t know that I had to phones to return. He seemed very annoyed to be helping me. He returned one phone, had me sign paper and then disappeared. I was unsure of why he didn’t help me with the second phone and went to look for him. He had started making another sale with someone else. It was unbelievable. I basically had to chase him to return the second phone. If I would have not pursued having the old phones returned, I would have ended up owing $600 on my bill.
