He took his time helping us change our plan and get a new iPhone 17 Pro Max, explaining everything clearly and suggesting flexible options that suited us. After that, we went to Best Buy to have a screen protector installed, but the staff noticed there was an issue with the screen. So we went back to Bell, and Ayush kindly checked it again and confirmed it was a factory defect. He handled the replacement smoothly, making the whole process easy and stress-free for us. We really appreciated how calmly and professionally everything was handled. Truly great service—highly recommend Bell here.
