- SPSimply PunjabiAug 2, 20251.0I visited this store to get a replacement sim. The store was closing in half hour and i was told by the East Indian guys working there that I’ll need to come back to next day because they said it will take 40 to 45 minutes to get that done and it’s too late and I explained to them Im not from the pas. I came from another community is there anything they can do they flat out said no. Surprising part was I couldn’t go back next and waited until i went to Winnipeg to get the replacement and it took less than 5 minutes for the shop in Winnipeg do it. Work ethic really needs help at this place.

They don't have a family plan or an unlimited data plan and Bell and MTS don't know what each other is doing ever. Very frustrating. As a Bell/MTS customer for 20 years, I can no longer jusitfy the increasing expenses. I'm switching to Roger's.
