- ZBZolena BrowOct 4, 20211.0I had to call them and spend 2 hours on the phone for not help, and used there chat about 6 times to try and get my internet switched. And then after the ridiculousness of getting it switched it still didnt work and tech support was horrible. I hope my area gets a different service provider soon. Anything is better then their customer service. If you have a choice of a different provider use them. Terrible.
