    They come around at inconvenient hours and harassed my wife while I was at work. They are pushy and rude and will not listen even if you ask them to leave. On top of that they make you think you are getting a great deal of you do take their rate just to Jack it up shortly after. Would never do business with them. p.S be warned of you sign up but change your mind before receiving service they will still try to bill you and you will have to fight with customer service to get them off your case, for me it was for 4 months.

    I had such a helpful person at Bell in Steinbach!!!! John was respectful, patient, easy to understand(spoke to my level as a young senior lol) and was so busy helping others when he could in between. Awsome, awesome, was so painless to transfer to a new phone because of John!!!!! Thanks so much!

    Skip the store unless you're signing up for new service. Tried paying my bill in person because the app won't load (nope, can't do that here). My contract was up, so I asked what if i start a new one, thinking I would be able to roll it over but nope. Not blaming the employee; I just think the store concept sucks.

    A great experience with Jody getting me set up with a phone and plan, then JJ helping me get the device setup so I was ready to go. Great experience getting my upgrade, which I find scary on my own. Thank you IDC Communications.
