    WE HAVE HAD INTERNET OUTAGES FOR A LONG TIME AS WELL AS TELEPHONE/CELL PHONE OUTAGES. THE LAST OUTAGE HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR NEARLY 2 WEEKS AND WE GET EVERY EXCUSE THERE IS KNOWN TO MANKIND. WE ARE VERY SORRY FOR YOUR PROBLEMS, WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE, BUT NEVER ANY REAL ANSWERS. WE WERE TOLD TO CUT ALL THE TREES DOWN AS THE SQUIRRELS WERE THE CAUSE, THEN WE WERE TOLD IT WAS THE DIGGING OF FIBRE OPTICS AND THEY HAD CUT A CABLE, THEN WE WERE TOLD OUR AREA HAD NO FIBRE OPTICS,THEN THEY WERE TALKING ABOUT BIRDS --- I AM SICK OF THEIR EXCUSES. I STILL HAVE NO LANDLINE AND I NEED A PHONE. I AM HANDICAPPED AND WHEN MY HUSBAND HAS TO GO OUT HE HAS HIS PHONE THAT HE NEEDS BUT I HAVE NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYBODY SHOULD I HAVE A PROBLEM. I TOLD THEM THIS AND THEY REALLY COULD CARE LESS. MTS ,IN A YEARS PERIOD, WE ARE LUCKY TO HAVE ANY SERVICE AT ALL. EXTREMELY SLOW, POOR SERVICE AND NOBODY CALLS TO LET US KNOW THEY AREN'T COMING EVEN THOUGH WE MADE AN APPOINTMENT AND OF COURSE WE SIT AND WAIT ALL DAY AND THEY DO NOT EVEN HAVE THE COURTESY TO CALL AND TELL US THEY AREN'T COMING. STILL TO THIS DAY OUTAGES OF INTERNET ,WHICH WE HAVE TO PAY FOR AND NO TELEPHONE SERVICE AND NOBODY WILL TELL US ANYTHING. ARE THEY GOING TO FIX IT OR NOT?????. NOT ONE OF THE PEOPLE WE HAVE TALKED WITH HAVE ANY IDEA AS TO WHEN ,WHY WHATEVER & WE ARE STILL HAVING THESE PROBLEMS AND NOBODY KNOWS WHEN IT WILL BE FIXED. THEY DID MENTION IT COULD BE AWHILE. THAT THEY DO KNOW. I NEED A PHONE !!!!!!!!!!!! WE ARE PAYING FRO IT SO WE SHOULD HAVE IT, WE ARE ALSO PAYING FOR INTERNET WHICH IS SPOTTY AND ALWAYS BUFFERING. HALF THE PROGRAM IS SITTING WAITING UNTIL IT STOPS BUFFERING . WHY CAN YOU NOT FIX THIS ? ONE SATR IS TOO MUCH AND I PREFER ZERO MINUS 300 STARS.IN OTHER WORDS YOU OWE US.
