I even confirmed twice through email the payment, phone etc. I get a call that my S20 is in. Not the Ultra. I had specifically asked for the Ultra. I ask that they honor the price they qouted me. The agent said she couldnt do that. I asked to get a manager via email. The manager wouldnt contact me back, apologize or do anything to help me. This is the worst customer service I've had to date in Dauphin. I'm surprised Bell MTS hasnt done anything to rectify this. Not only was I asked to spend 30 bucks a month more for the same phone, I lost out on the pre order free ear buds becuase of their mistake. This store not only cost me time, but also frustration and money. You couldnt pay me to deal with them again.
