- MSMaude Sung6 days ago1.0The Spanish lady behind the counter is very unprofessional. I’ve been coming to this post office for years and this is the worse customer service I’ve seen. She needs training and please tell her not to use her personal phone for calls when there is a long line .

- WVWebster Square VisionNov 18, 20255.0Short of it: -The staff is always very welcoming. -There is almost never a wait. -Centrally located at the end of Park Ave/Main St/Stafford St. Outside of the irregular hours, I can't seem to figure out why this place is getting so much negative feedback! Both ladies in there are extremely pleasant and always greet me with a smile when I come in for services. Not only are they kind, theres almost ALWAYS zero wait, unlike other post offices in the city. This place is right down the street from my job so it's super convenient for when we need to ship out frames, returns, or other packages. Please show the staff inside the same kindness they have always shown me!
