- NGNeeru gurnaniFeb 17, 20261.0The staff at this location is extremely unhelpful and unwilling to listen. We dropped off a package at the end of January, and it appears it was never scanned. It’s now mid‑February, and the tracking still shows “delayed – on the way.” When I contacted UPS customer service, they confirmed the package was never scanned and advised me to reach out to the drop‑off location to check whether it had been misplaced. When I called this location, the experience was incredibly frustrating. The first employee I spoke with and provided all details abruptly handed the phone to someone else without warning, forcing me to repeat all the details again. The second person was rude, repeatedly talked over me, and refused to listen. Despite explaining that UPS customer service had directed me to contact them, he kept insisting, “We are not responsible,” instead of even attempting to help or even listen. Because of this experience, I will be using other UPS locations moving forward to avoid the risk of packages being lost. To the owner: please provide proper training to your staff on customer service and communication. No customer should be treated this way when simply trying to resolve an issue.
