People were very very helpful. Did not expect that they go to the extra mile to solve my issue, although they were busy. Did not expect this cooperation. They are alll good stuff the employees and the supervisor

Worst USPS experience ever. Both employees at this location were rude, unprofessional, and came across as borderline racist. I had an appointment at 12:30, was forced to wait 45 minutes while walk-ins were prioritized, and then turned away for “missing documents” that are not required to process the application. At my next appointment, a different employee denied service again—this time claiming we didn’t have a document that we could have been provided in few minutes. This behavior is unacceptable and discriminatory. USPS management needs to address the way customers are treated at this location.

I don’t usually do reviews on people. But the guy ABDUL at the passport kiosk is very rude.. he needs to be educated about customer services courtesy.

I’m having the worst ever experience with this USPS in woburn, we moved out of woburn since may, we submitted mail forwarding and paid for extra length of time to ensure we get our mail to the new address, however, we lost important 9 packages so far, we met with three different managers/supervisors at that office, each one would promise a resolution going forward and to talk to the mail guy, but nothing changed, In addition to mail forwarding, we have put all our mails on hold in that office by so we can pick them up every week, nothing changed. Two managers talked to the “unresposible” mail guy to hold on all mails, don’t deliver them, nothing changed as well. I went personally four times to that office, nothing changed! I’m sorry to say it, Trump was right, this USPS has to be sold and fire those who can’t do the job. I wish now that is sooner than later, We still losing important mails!!!!!!!!!

We had a very upsetting experience at Woburn USPS (462 Washington St) during our baby’s passport application. Yesterday we arrived only 7 minutes late because our 7-month-old baby was not feeling well that morning. But the employee named Abdul was very rude and refused to help us. He didn’t let us explain and spoke in a disrespectful way. We asked if we could come back without the baby next day, and he again cut us off and didn’t let us finish our question. Today, we came early to our 9:00 a.m. appointment, but Abdul came late and started calling people only at 9:13. When we asked about the delay, he was again rude. Thankfully, the supervisor was kind and understanding. He listened to us and apologized for the situation. But Abdul’s attitude stayed the same—cold and unfriendly. This kind of behavior is really hard for families, especially with a baby. We hope USPS will take this seriously and provide better customer service in the future.
