I walked in with an Amazon return and I was very respectful, said hello how are you, said that I have an Amazon return and tried to hand my package to the employee. The employee just stared at me as I held my box out. So I stood there quietly for a second and had to ask “what is it?” The rude employee then says “you show me your QR code, then I scan it, THEN I take your package. That’s how this works”. INCREDIBLY disrespectful. I’m glad I don’t go back to this location. UPS should be ashamed to have such people representing them.
