When you DO have to deal with someone in store, they are rude and dismissive. Spend your money with anyone else - Amazon, Walmart, whoever. The only thing they make "easy" is to shop elsewhere.

I needed nearly instant transmitting and copying done. If it were not for the staff at the Woburn, Massa store , it would not have been completed. My aide did all of the legwork, and the Staples staff went beyond normal actions to get all of it completed . My wheelchair and I could never have completed the multiple trips. Thank you to everyone there for helping me get thru this. I could never be able to pay you back! Charles Spearman

We called multiple times to confirm if our order would be available for pick up even though it says it’s a delivery order and if it’ll be okay for us to pick it up early. workers just keep telling us yes. Day of pickup we called and asked if our order is ready and guess what they say? “Yes!” We go in and they say they don’t have this order. Sir and lady we called this location and someone said yes. And then they flip it back on us that it’s our fault that the item said delivery online and there’s copy right issue with the image we chose. Why wasn’t this communicated to us when we called multiple times. Instead of taking accountability for their incompetency they blame it on customers who have called for confirmation.
