  I walked in, Chris, the store manager, helped me right away. I didn't know what I was doing but he took my box and gave me a receipt. Great service for me!

  I come here almost every week, and it’s always a positive experience. The staff is friendly, patient, and very helpful. I’ve never seen them be rude to anyone. I really appreciate the great customer service!

  Talk about rude.. Every review here is spot on. I went in today and watched the woman behind the counter be rude to every single customer in line ahead of me. Shouting at customers who clearly aren't professional FedEx shippers to do things a certain way, making every customer in line walk on eggshells just to get their package successfully dropped off and shipped. Come my turn, another employee came and opened a terminal, and I asked for a box for my package. She put my package in a bag and put my label on it, but I said I asked for a box. She said I had to pay for a box though, which I expected to do.. Then she just gave me a receipt for the box and said have a nice day. Was my package shipped.. or packed properly? We'll see!

  Encountered exact same issue with exact same employee as another customer described in her review. Employee unwilling to accept packages for return because there was a small amount of space between the shoe box and shipping box. I clarified that I packaged them for return EXACTLY as I received them. He continued to refuse to accept my packages, stating I needed to buy packing paper for each box at $3.95/package. Why would I spend money for a totally unnecessary reason for a free return??? I’m taking my business elsewhere. Very unhappy with this location.
