  Unbelievably disrespectful staff. Treated me like trash. I’ve never seen a business where the staff are so poorly trained to treat others with basic human decency.

  Worst experience ever(if I can, i won't put any star) I believe the lady working at this location may have shown racial bias. I politely asked for help with making an international shipment, but she refused to assist and told me to “figure it out” using the self-service computer — even though there were no other customers at the time. She was clearly being lazy and dismissive. Her attitude was very unprofessional, and I could feel a clear difference between how she treated me and how she interacted with white customers who came in later. I spent nearly an hour trying to make a shipping label and asked for her help again. Instead of even looking at my screen or giving basic guidance, she rudely said she didn’t understand what I was talking about. She made no effort to help until the very end — when her shift was almost over — and only then told me the package couldn’t even be shipped to my country. That information could have been given in 30 seconds from the start. Afterward, I went to UPS, and they helped me complete the same shipment within 15 minutes. Avoid this branch at all costs. The poor attitude and lack of professionalism are exactly why this location already has low ratings — and now I understand why.

  Useless location. The employees don't pay any attention about what the customer's request has been. They are busy chatting with each other while customer is still at the counter and in middle of transaction. They mistype and misspell everything including shipping address and from addresses even after providing the address from a printed document, as well the cell phone numbers. Avoid this outlet and take your business some other place where they provide attention to details.

  Customer service needs to change in that location....gives a bad reputation to FedEx and it's a shame. seems they do not wish to help the customers just make their life miserable.
