I am completely sympathetic to health issues but he could have had the courtesy to text me as soon as he knew he was going to the dr rather than me find out only after texting him 10 min prior to his scheduled arrival time we had planned on. Had i never sent that txt i most likely would have most likely never known. Had he texted a few hours earlier or even an hour earlier when he was heading to the dr i would’ve been much more understanding. Things happen but first impressions matter on both ends. This company may do fantastic work but i will never know.
