- KKKASep 25, 20252.0This location is not open at 7am as posted online and on the door. 2nd time in the morning ive stopped by before work & door is locked/lights out. I already went to Chelsea USPS Annex to have my mail transferred here, bc an issue receiving mail at my condo in Winthrop. Now this place isnt open. The entire situation is so frustrating.
