  Had to return an Amazon product and had the product in the box. When I brought it in the lady said I had to tape the box before she could take it. She was very rude. Made me spend $10 dollars on type when all she had to do was put two pieces of tape on the box for me. Mind you I could see type behind the counter but she made me buy $10 tape. Smh

  Terrible customer service from one of the female staff members here. Extremely rude and unwilling to help customers at all. She was more interested in avoiding work than actually assisting people. One bad apple really can spoil the experience — very disappointing.

  Just go to UPS stores in Burlington or Woburn. It will make your day better. The employees in the other stores actually have good manners and treat you like a customer.

  witnessedtodayPoor customer service trying to make money off of people‘s returns charging them four dollars .wouldn’t even take the girls products to send them back even though she gave the four dollars hire some people who work better with the public than an Old woman with a bad attitude
