  We ordered a stove from Lowe’s not realizing they subcontract their deliveries to RXO. They dragged the stove across my hardwood floors causing a long scratch. They tried to offer us $500 to go away. We now have a claim pending for our floors. The delivery team made matters worse by showing up to my home the following day unannounced and threatened us that they arent getting paid now. It took three loud attempts to get them to leave my home. I then had a husband and wife duo claiming they owned the company, they in fact do not, who told me they weren’t paying anything because my house and floors were old. I ended up having to get a Consumer Protection Attorney to battle this for us.

  The numerous one star reviews speaks for itself. Ordered a washer and dryer through Lowe's to be delivered to my mother's. They said they would be there 12:30pm-4:30pm. They showed up at 11am. Against my better judgement, I allowed them to install it instead of myself. They broke the dryer hose and gave me a new one and said they couldn't help me replace it. They then hooked up the washer drain incorrectly and ran the washer, flooding the inside of my mother's wall and into the unit below. I have a claim against Lowe's now. 0/5 stars.

  I would give 0 stars if I could, I am furious with what I had to deal with and no help from customer service at all.

  I had ordered a refrigerator through Lowe’s that was to be delivered by this RXO company. It is December in New Hampshire and there is snow. They said that they needed the driveway completely clear of all snow and ice. Mind you, my partner‘s 2 Wheel Drive sedan goes up and down without difficulty. When I question this, the driver said that I should reschedule for the Spring. When I reached out to Lowe’s customer service XPO gave them the runaround and refused to help. If the company that is paying them cannot get customer service, imagine what you receive as a consumer. Avoid this company at all cost.

  The worst company ever to deal with. Couple them with LG and you’ll wish you never ordered something. The absolute worst, unprofessional, unorganized company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. If I could give negative stars or have a company be forced to not be in business, this is the one.
