    The worst company ever to deal with. Couple them with LG and you’ll wish you never ordered something. The absolute worst, unprofessional, unorganized company I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with. If I could give negative stars or have a company be forced to not be in business, this is the one.

    Incredibly poor service from this company. They were sub-contracted by Peloton to deliver an exercise bike to our address on Hanscom AFB. They did not make the proper coordination to access the military installation either time and thus the bike has yet to be delivered. Instead of prioritizing our delivery for the next day, they continue to move us to the back of the line to the first available opening. It is not the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery team has the proper identification to acces the base and their continued inability to meet a simple standard is unacceptable.

    If I could give Rxo zero stars, I would. I was supposed to receive a package from Ikea on 6/2, and up until the morning of the delivery, the tracker stated that it would be delivered between the 10AM-2PM window. As the day progressed, the tracker eventually said that I needed to reach out to customer service, so I then spent an hour talking to customer service to learn from Ikea that Rxo never picked up the items from their warehouse despite the items being ready since 5/31. My order got rescheduled to 6/6, and when I woke up to check the tracker that had the newly rescheduled delivery time, it once again says that it needs to be rescheduled. The lack of communication and the fact that I am the one who needs to call and be put on hold every time Rxo messes up the delivery is ridiculously unprofessional.
