  I appreciate the fact that I can pick up my package if I’m not home. The location is a bit of a drive one but the customer service is great. I had no issues and the folks were very kind.

  Great experience there receiving my boa. Lady's were awsome. Wicked friendly and helpful. Thank you i will be using this hub for now on.

  Last shipping is at 8pm, which is super convenient. The staff is always very friendly.

  waited a whole day at home for a very important package that requires signature. they didn't try to deliver at all, only post a blank note and an intentionally blurred photo as evidence of attempt. zero work ethics. when I called customer services, all of them blame me for not being home. a small piece of advice to delivery man Nicolas - next time when you fake a delivery, at least write something on the note ok? can't keep some work ethics even as a liar. This shipping center deserves the worst. It by itself changed my view on FedEx.
