Not only was Amalynn (I’m sure I spelt it wrong) and Bill were two of the most helpful agents at any post office, UPS, or fedex I had ever been too. She took it upon herself to help me pack it and ship it, which she did not have to do. Usually I get an attitude at the actual distribution centers but this was bar none the best experience I have ever had, to the point where I’m going to switch my office shipping account from DHL to them. Wilmington Fed ex I’ve been in customer service and sales my entire life, and rarely am I so moved by good service I stop to do this.

I do NOT work on those two days PLUS I live in a house with 28 other women SOMEBODY is ALWAYS home! No doorbell rang plus we were cooking on the grill both days. NOBODY attempted to deliver the 70 pound package. And the photo uploaded by the driver is blurred out. Intentionally misleading company that the WHOLE reason for being a business or business purpose is DELIVERING of things. Epic failure get in touch with corporate because the managers here DO NOTHING about the blatantly obvious.
