- HSHayden ShampineDec 5, 20252.0The hours of operation are miserable and for it being a United States postal office don’t make sense quite frankly. They’re open from 10:00am-2:00pm weekdays, Saturdays you’ve got a 2.5 hour window from 8-10:30, and they’re basically inviting you to get your mail while most people are at work on weekdays..? There are multiple postal women and some are pleasant to deal with but others open the office late and make getting my mail unpleasant. I’ve lived in the neighborhood for 4-5 years and have always had issues with packages and mail. It’s unfortunate really.

Greeted pleasantly by a very friendly, professional postal clerk. I wish I got her name to sing her praises. She had a lovely personality & sense of humor, joking about how if you blinked, you may miss the post office, because of it's small size. I asked to see a variety of stamps, she was happy to show me what was available, and apologized for the limited selection. I found a book that was perfect & thanked her kindly. Terrific, fast service! Will definitely return on the future. Great place to go if you're in a hurry & need some postal service.
- KAKelly AdomaitisJun 26, 20203.0Currently not taking debit/credit apparently. Experiences here have been super hit or miss. There have been days the customer service is above and beyond, super friendly, and welcoming. Ive had wonderful conversations with these ladies. They've helped me get what I need and in a super timely manner. Then there are days where it's a different person and they are dismissive or condescending. Today there was a woman, unsure what her role was because she didn't once address me except for a literal once over with her eyes and a a dirty look. It was extremely evident what she was doing, not subtle whatsoever. This is rude and unprofessional. A man came forward to help. He was okay but rather dismissive when I went to pay with a card. There are no signs posted saying theres no debit/credit transactions and that they're cash only at the moment so I had no way of knowing.
