- CCChrisOct 8, 20251.0I went to this office to drop off a package. There hours are 9am-12pm & 3-5pm. Not sure why. I arrived at 2:45pm. So I waited for 17 minutes until the guy unlocked the door at 3:02pm and he walked away. He did not open it and knew I was on the other side. When I came in I told him that I wanted to drop off a Prepaid package that my wife prepared. He said that he couldn't accept it because it didn't have the proper UPPS wrap. When I went home my wife stated she uses the same wrap all the time. I went to my local office in Rehoboth and they were friendly and accepted it no problem. The office needs some training on Customer Service and People skills.
