  When I was shipping something at this location, the manager was unbelievably rude and unprofessional toward his young employee. I felt that the employee was asking valid questions, but the manager was pretty much straight out telling him that he was stupid for asking them. I wished I could have reported this guy's unbelievable behavior to the manager, but he was the manager!

  The manager, Nick West, is very rude. Nick has a condescending attitude towards customers and his assistant. This customer would prefer a manager that treats everyone with respect.

  I always have a great experience at UPS, Boston Post Rd, Weston. And I want to give a shout out to Nick. He is incredibly helpful, patient, and genuinely friendly! Its rare to come across someone that genuinely cares about their customers like Nick does. Highly recommend!!

  Avoid this location at all costs. I shipped a package here that was returned to me (due to an employee’s mistake about shipping regulations) and they refused to refund me for even a portion of my (very expensive) shipping fee. Not only that, but Nick and his employees could not have been more rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. If you value your time, dignity, and money, avoid this location.

  I would not recommend shipping at this store unless what you are shipping is very straightforward and within the US. I recently shipped a small package to Mexico and opened it in front of Nick to show him the contents. As a professional shipper, he is responsible for knowing customs guidelines; however he is not current in what can and cannot be shipped. Consequently, my package was returned because it contained an article of clothing without a tag. If Nick had known the rules, he could have told me this ahead of time and saved me $156 that he will not refund. I was curious how informed other UPS stores are so I called the UPS in Watertown and asked them if clothing can be shipped to Mexico and immediately they were able to tell me that it has to have a tag or customs will flag it. This branch used to be dependable, but it has gone downhill not only their in shipping expertise but also how they treat customers. Ship here at your own risk.
