Not even ONCE in eight years they made the slightest effort to be nice, helpful, or even do their damn job properly. “We don’t have to do that for you” is the most heard phrase here. If asking for a service recommendation: “whatever you’d like to do” and “it’s up to you” Walk here only if you know EXACTLY what you need to do, or make sure to read ahead your options on the website. God for it to ask anything at all, they are just puppets to take your Oder and your money. On the other hand, the people at the Littleton location, only five minutes away, are EXTREMELY helpful and kind. Avoid Westford like a plague. They will ruin your day and your self esteem, you are worthless to them.
