We try to avoid going to the Post Office as much as possible, but needed to mail a letter with special services. Instead of the usual grouch, we were served by this beaming, smiling man proudly wearing the nametag "Ty" who made us feel like VIPs sending precious gems. Even my daughter left the experience saying, "That man was so nice."
