  Came in with two packages and the two ladies behind the counter both walked away from the counter. A young man came around the back and asked if I was all set I said no and he looks at the two other workers. I said I'm invisible and he finished ringing my order. He was very nice the two woman were useless. He gets 5 stars.

  I came in to mail a prepared return USP document. I asked to have them copy it before I placed it in the envelope. Upon my return home I noticed the copy was totally misaligned , half the pages were blank. The lady did look for help but the woman who appeared to be the boss did not help her. Very poor service at this site we will not return.

  I went today and was so happy it wasn’t crazy busy with last minute holiday shippers like myself. I was greeted promptly by Kaitlyn and she assisted me with packaging and labeling my item. Was in and out in no time !

  I can’t not share my experience that I had here…. I had a very large and heavy box that I needed to ship out. My husband loaded it into my car as he always does - and usually someone at this UPS store always helps me unload it (I pull up RIGHT in front of the door). I’m 4’10”, pregnant, and just needed help getting this large package from my trunk and into the store (which keep in mind was literally 10 steps away). I walked in and kindly asked the girl working there if she could help carry it with me. The place was dead, zero customers and she was just standing behind the desk doing NOTHING. After I asked her to help me, she BARKED at me and said “I’m not leaving no this store to help you, you have to figure it out yourself”. I was shocked - I explained that this was my car (parked with hazards on RIGHT outside of the door). She kept refusing to help me and at this point, I was furious. I found myself begging and pleading with her to please help me just carry it into the store and she kept refusing and telling me to do it myself. Because this package was very important and needed to be shipped out for my business, I proceeded to struggle getting it out of my trunk, pushing it to the front door, waddle it inside, ALL WHILE SHE SAT THERE AND WATCHED ME!!!! I was in tears. I still can’t even believe this situation happened. I looked at her and said in tears “I can’t believe you just sat there and watched a pregnant girl struggle so hard when all you had to do was be kind and help me”. And she said “I can’t believe your husband loaded a big box into your car and left you alone with it” in a snarky tone. I tried explaining to her that someone has helped me multiple times carry the box in and that’s why my husband felt comfortable doing that - and she just kept barking at me. Just don’t go here - choose a different UPS store. WE DO ALL of our shipping here for my business, but now, I will go elsewhere. All I needed was kindness and help - and she refused it. And instead left me in tears.

  This store charged $50 to notarize a two-page document, which is extremely unreasonable. The entire process took only five minutes, yet the fee was excessive. It feels like they are taking advantage of customers with inflated prices. Very disappointing experience.
