- NMNiles Motyl-SzaryDec 17, 20251.0Lost my package and customer service would not help me out. They transferred me over to a shipping department who just told me to once again contact the store. Eventually, I went to file a claim on fedex.com and it would not accept my tracking number.
- JFJustin FafordOct 6, 20251.0Just an all around horrible company. Iv had several issues with them over the years. I have had packages show up damaged, ripped open and hell…not even show up at all. Any how, I ordered a tire from Walmart and it was being shipped to my house, I get an email saying that it’s delivered so I checked the email to see where they left it, and I find that a box was delivered…a box…not a tire. So I get home from work and take a look and see that the box actually should be delivered to a man….get this… a man 2 towns away from my residence. Not sure how you can confuse a 1) box with a tire 2) my name with a name not even similar 3) my town with a whole other town… this event is similar to a bad experience I had a few years ago with them where I ordered 4 tires, I get an email saying they have been delivered and I look at the picture…and they are delivered at a house that isn’t even mine… So if you read all of this (which fed ex won’t because non of them can read apparently) the morale of the story is, fed ex, its employees, and the people running it are terrible. Will no longer order from company’s that utilize fed ex, unless I can get it shipped to the store.
- MLMelissa LundAug 19, 20255.0Huge shoutout to Colman and Taylor, who helped me through the most stressful situation of my life with figuring out how to send some important paperwork internationally and under a time crunch. I was able to use a computer there to generate an international return label with Taylor’s help, which would have been super complicated to do on my own. Colman went above and beyond to help me again when I had to go back a second time to re-create a commercial invoice. I can’t recommend these folks enough, and am so grateful for their patience and help with my shipment.
- MSMarie SylvertonAug 8, 20241.0The worst company/office to send packages with. They were supposed to send a package for me May 6 2024. In less than 24hrs, the package was in my door step. No refund til this day and they will not escalate it to a supervisor via calls. I have no way to be refunded because they’re claiming the package went to the sender and came back to me.. makes no sense. We’re now in August!!!! I will be reaching out to the Better business bureau because this kind of incompetence is stealing and carelessness. To top it off they also hung up in my face.
