I am waiting for an urgent package that requires a signature. Stayed home yesterday based on their text advising of a specific window for delivery. That window. Came and went and their tracking states that the delivered was attempted but could not be completed at 6:56 PM which is not true. It is impossible to find a human to speak to and the tracking details are not updated. So extremely frustrating! What am I supposed to do?!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with DHL. We paid $340 for express shipping, plus additional fees on top of that, expecting fast and reliable delivery. Instead, the package is now one week late past the promised delivery date.
There have been no updates on the tracking, no clear explanation for the delay, and no proactive communication from DHL. For a company that charges premium prices for express service, this level of service is unacceptable.
Customer service has been equally frustrating. I’ve tried multiple times to get assistance, but no one seems willing to help, and it’s nearly impossible to get a real person on the phone. Paying this much for shipping and then being left without answers is incredibly disappointing.
I expected professionalism and accountability, but unfortunately, this experience has been the opposite. I would not recommend DHL

Their phone service is horrible I call to get a package quote, they pick up I can hear them but they don’t hear me when I call needs more improvement for this type of services and their DHL email is a circus doesn’t work
Worst customer service for any private business! This is my first time using their service and will be my last. The woman was so rude and so unhappy to provide the service to mail a small package out of country. She acted like I was bothering her so much throughout the process. I was never given the chance to proofread the address that she keyed into the computer. When she handed me a final printout receipt with the typo from her own typing, she actually reprimanded me for speaking up (interrupting her) at that very moment. She never apologized for her mistake, acted as if I still owed her something when I left. Unbelievable!!! If your goal to shut down your business, I think you are doing a great job.
These fools committed to deliver my package cuz they're so hungry for money but instead of delivering my package to Boston from westborough they passed it to USPS and sent it back to Colorado and now who knows what's going to happen . Great job you suck. @backcountry.com now your review too will suffer
