  Worst customer service for any private business! This is my first time using their service and will be my last. The woman was so rude and so unhappy to provide the service to mail a small package out of country. She acted like I was bothering her so much throughout the process. I was never given the chance to proofread the address that she keyed into the computer. When she handed me a final printout receipt with the typo from her own typing, she actually reprimanded me for speaking up (interrupting her) at that very moment. She never apologized for her mistake, acted as if I still owed her something when I left. Unbelievable!!! If your goal to shut down your business, I think you are doing a great job.

  These fools committed to deliver my package cuz they're so hungry for money but instead of delivering my package to Boston from westborough they passed it to USPS and sent it back to Colorado and now who knows what's going to happen . Great job you suck. @backcountry.com now your review too will suffer

  A rude customer service agent, and an imcompetent delivery service. Cannot find a simple house address that all FedEx, USP and USPS have been delivering without any issues. Had to drive 20 miles to get my package.

  Normally I would not post . However this was an extremely unpleasant experience. The direction to the property even through Google maps Was difficult. Once I found the proper building, I had Softly said hello. The associate behind the counter, Michelle Rudely said you’re gonna have to wait I’m helping them. She seemed annoyed with t Mother 10-year-old boy in front of me. The boy was helping his mother translate from English to Spanish. The employee Was also rude to the child. He asked a question” I don’t care do whatever you wanna do” ! So they continued your phone call with another service person on the phone speaking in Spanish. When it came to my turn, I simply said “ Just wanna make sure I’m in the correct location. There are multiple buildings around.” She snapped back and said well that’s fine. Can’t get any bigger ! She had a very angry, annoyed tone. I asked for her name and politely said thank you Michelle. I wished her a happy upcoming holiday season and she still seems very bitter and mad with no response. Needless to say, I will never business ever again with DHL. It’s very Disheartening to see an adult be rude to a child who is doing his best to help his family member With the proper instruction . I asked if they were OK and needed assistance. Maybe I could help them and speak to the lady.. The little boy told me what that happened. I was almost tempted to go back and say, ma’am, there’s no need to be rude towards a child and there’s definitely no need to be rude to any of your guest that are here to pick up your items. On a scale of one to 10 I would give this a zero. I will no longer be doing any type of business with DHL
