There was a long line when I 1st walked in.(no big deal) well when it came to be my turn the boy employee Aaron didn't even acknowledge me,turned his back on me & started organizing boxes... I waited a few min & finally asked if I was invisible & Aaron the boy employee said he didn't have time to help me he needed to do boxes! I said he doesn't belong in customer service & he told me its returns not customer service! Im a customer & hes there to serve customers. Children these days don't even understand what customer service is. When manager finally came over she disregarded everything I said & didn't care to hear how ignorant I was treated. I will be going to corporate because this shouldn't happen. I hope management looks at video. That boy doesn't deserve or belong in a customer service job
