Today I was told that I shouldn't use the USPS website to fill out the necessary form to forward mail incuding packages!!! I should just come in and tell staff what I want. Really? Only my and my wife's mail is forwarded for the winter. Yet the PO returned a package addressed to my daughter because my box is closed since I have my and my wife's mail forwarded. Never heard this before in 52 years, that my box is "closed". What? The package was medications my daughter needed and now is without them for at least a week due to this foolish explanation. I am disgusted. The staff was rude and again told me I should not use the website for USPS, it only causes mistakes. Really a shame this staff member deals with customers. She finally told me that they would do their best to not return other family members mail. Again, really?
