We were denied service just because we got there 5 mins late for our appointment. 5 mins! His excuse was that there just wasn't enough time to complete the process. Seriously? You can't do your job because we lost 5 mins? And then he goes on to tell me that they prefer people to be 10 mins early. If those 10 mins are so crucial to the process, why are you not including that in the appointment?! You can't have people thinking an appointment starts at 2pm and then kick them out because it didn't start at 1:50. This place is setting people up to fail! The guy behind the counter wasn't helpful in the slightest. Didn't offer me the DS-11 form to take with me. Didn't want to process out money order. It was "reschedule" or "do it yourself." Never coming back here again.

Incredibly annoyed that they do not have pens or Let anyone use their pens. The girl wouldn’t even write on my package for me so I had to leave and not ship my item. Don’t worry though, I drove to the ups store and paid them my money instead. Will now be using the ups store for all my shipping needs from now on.

If there was less than 1 star I would have picked it. Horrible experience, and incorporative staff. I went with my sister there to ship a big package with a prepaid USPS label, but the manager there rejected the package and kept telling us that it’s overweight and that’s why the scale is not taking it. How can a label be printed if the weight was not correct????!! He made a big scene, and was extremely not nice and offensive that he threatened us if we didn’t leave with the package he will call the police for us. We told him we will wait for the police and refused to leave, in less than 2 minutes he came back apologizing and took our package. I have always trusted the USPS, but I will never do business with this place again, and definitely not going to recommend it to anyone.

Haven't had any problems. Answer all my questions. Cheaper and quicker than FedEx.
